The hotel is perfectly situated right on the seafront opposite the pier, offering easy access to the best restaurants and pubs in Deal. The dining options are satisfying with a good variety, but a plug-in heater seemed out of place. Overall, a lovely stay with minor discomforts.

I couldn't ask for a better location in Deal, right opposite the pier and just a short walk to the best dining spots and pubs. The rooms were warm and cozy, though they could use a bit of refreshing, especially the bathroom. Overall, it's a great stay with a minor musty smell issue.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The room was overlooking the beach and the pier, a generous size, and very comfortable. The service was top-notch with great amenities available. The location was fantastic, waking up to the sunrise over the pier was a real treat, and the veggie breakfast was amazing. Although the sea views were beautiful, the view of the car park at the back wasn't so great. The dining experience was excellent, with fresh and ample portions. The facilities were modern and convenient, adding to the overall value for money.
